These Terms of Service govern your use of the Quickpouch technology platform provided by Calimear Solutions.

2. Financial Services Disclaimer

Quickpouch is a software abstraction layer, not a licensed banking institution. All payment routing, storage of value, and transactional executions are performed and guaranteed by our Payment Service Provider partner, JamboPay (Web Tribe Limited), regulated by the Central Bank of Kenya.

3. Liability

Calimear Solutions acts solely as the technology provider. Liability for payment settlement resides with our regulated banking and PSP partners.
